With 7000 square feet of flexible event space, the Gold Miners Inn is the perfect facility for meetings, conferences and social events up to 300 guests.

For the meeting planner, we provide modern conference center space and state-of-the-art audio visuals in comfortable, spacious ballrooms and meeting rooms. For longer conferences and meetings our 80 suites and rooms can accommodate overnight attendees. Meeting and conference rooms can be combined and set up around your seating needs.

We are proud to provide free high-speed wireless internet connections throughout our hotel. For attendees staying at the hotel, we offer copy, mail and fax services, and a 24 hour Business Center.

Meeting Planner’s bonus…. As an Ascend Hotel Collection Member Gold Miners Inn offers Choice Privileges® Planner Rewards to our meeting planners. A great way to earn faster rewards for your events—earn up to 4 points for every dollar spent on eligible charges.* Planners who reserve our meeting room and book at least 10 guestrooms on a single night will get 4 points for every dollar spent on the meeting space, equipment, and even guestrooms provided by our property. There’s no minimum spend requirement—which makes this program perfect for smaller gatherings like a family reunion or off-site business strategy session. Meeting planners can earn up to 200,000 points per meeting.

Our on-site event and catering coordinator can assist you in arranging everything for your banquet including the best room to accommodate your attendees, reserving hotel rooms and arranging for your desired seating plan and menu choices.  Should your banquet require additional services… Our staff has great relationships with local vendors such as caterers, florists, DJ’s, photographers, bakeries for special cakes and more.
